We are hoping this program will continue forward for the members to come, and we are sure that there will be flow on effect to our younger teams also.

We are looking at starting the fitness part of this program this coming Friday night (more info to follow).

Also our PT needs to do a quick 5 to 10 min assessment with each 2022 U14, U15 & U16 player that didn’t do it last night at photos. Merika has allocated some time tomorrow from 1pm onwards at Binnak Park Clubrooms.
