Parade St Damians JFC are proud to announce the appointment of former AFL premiership player Ian Fairley as the 2022 Under 15s Coach.

Ian’s role will be to give all the boys a positive and happy approach to their footy, as well as guidance as young men.

Ian’s philosophy is similar to what he experienced and learnt from 17 seasons of senior footy at AFL and VFA levels, as well as being mentored from a young age at a Junior level.

We believe Ian’s appointment along with our new for 2022 “Senior Teams Program” (U14s & above) focusing on strength, conditioning, nutrition and mental health, will give the players the best start to their football careers and their lives.
